Prestige College of Pharmacy (PCP) was founded in year 2016. It is recognized & approved by Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and Board of Examining Authority, Bangalore.
The Prestige College of Pharmacy (PCP), was initially Approved by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and Board of examining authority, Bangalore, in order to assess the qualitative competence of the programs offered by educational institution from diploma level to post-graduate level in pharmacy, and related disciplines, which are approved by Pharmacy Council of India. The College is equipped with the best infrastructure and equipments, which has been instrumental in creating the awesome credibility in a very short span of its existence. We believe that having established our credentials in the field of education, we need to take our commitment forward through introducing newer and higher avenues for the budding pharmacy students. Our aim is to imbibe the good work practices as well as research culture and professional attitude amongst the student fraternity to make them able and competent to contribute to the ultimate goal of having healthy India.

It feels most fortunate to lead a premier institute like the Prestige College of Pharmacy (PCP) as Chairman of Governing body for last five years. The Governing body has always supported the institute in all the possible ways to achieve its goal to educate and train students in the basic and advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences and to contribute to improvement of health of the society through quality educational and research programme.
Both as a responsible management and through the umbrella of IPA-MSB, we have always tried our level best to involve the students in various curricular and extracurricular activities,imparted industrial and market exposure, nurtured social responsibility. It has been out moto to provide various platforms and Generate opportunities to build the personality and to showcase the talent in the students. We are determined to give the students a creative thinking, up to date knowledge and technology in a refreshing atmosphere. As Prestige College of Pharmacy is a long-standing institute, with the efforts of governing body the entire building of Prestige College of Pharmacy has been renovated and upgraded for facilities and equipment.
All these efforts were paid-off when the institute won the Award of ACITE-CII's Best industry Linked Institute, twice in a row this year.
As a future goal We the Governing Body aims the institute excelling in both academic and industrial level research, be a centre of excellence, imparting knowledge of New areas in Pharmacy through establishment of New courses and still creating best minds in the field of pharmacy. - Proff. After getting the D. Pharmacy you become authorised pharmacist and authorised person to dispense medicines. You may open your own medical shop. Further, you can go for the chain of medical shops by keeping the registered pharmacists. In Govt. and private hospitals, there are various vacancies for the pharmacist positions you may apply for pharmacist position. There is option for private companies like production and consultancies.
